Our Review On The Naughty Chef (Bedok Outlet)
We checked out The Naughty Chef at the Bedok Marketplace on a Wednesday evening after one of us had craving for some Risotto for dinner.
There was no long queue at the outlet and we also managed to get a place near to the Cashier Counter.

After looking through the menu a few times… We decided to go for their Italian Roasted Pork Belly (Porchetta) Risotto ($15, one of their popular items) and Beef Tenderloin with Spaghetti Pomodoro ($29).
Prices are Nett with no additional GST and Service Charges. After our payment, we were told to wait and then collect our items from their Kitchen Area that’s opposite the Cashier Counter.
How’s The Taste?
We waited for quite a while for our food to be prepared. The Italian Roasted Pork Belly (Porchetta) Risotto came first followed by the Beef Tenderloin with Spaghetti Pomodoro.

The Italian Roasted Pork Belly (Porchetta) Risotto had a rich texture and was not too sticky.
We could taste the cheese and mushrooms. This came with garnishes so you may want to ask them to remove them during your order.
One good thing that we liked was that this dish came with generous portion of pork belly meat. Only issue was that we missed that the top layer skin could be crispier. We also liked that the meat had this smoky taste and was very tender. Only slight issue was that the meat was a little salty.

The Beef Tenderloin with Spaghetti Pomodoro took really quite a while to prepare. We were almost done with the Risotto when we could collect this.
The Beef Tenderloins came with one person serving size of Spaghetti Pomodoro. We liked the Pomodoro Sauce which was thick and aromatic. It tasted well with the spaghetti.

The Beef Tenderloins came separately on a wooden plate. The meat portion was rather small (200gm, around 9 slices) with their homemade Red Wine sauce and Greens.
We would suggest to go with the greens first. The sour tasting dressing helped to open up our appetite.
Meat was cooked medium-rare and no other options available. Meat tasted a little tough on the outer layer and softer towards the middle. Meat tasted good on its own or with a serving of spaghetti.
