What we took part: METHOD 50 taught by Cecilia. This was a 50-minute session where we were like performing outdoor / terrain cycling which involved a lot of endurance and fast-paced moves on the lower body. Additionally, there was no rhythm (1… 2.. ) to follow or any upper body moves. There was a lot of sweating, fast heart rate and panting moments.
Ambiance: Nice before and after-service where we were offered coffee before the session and nice wet hand towels after the session. Big cozy area to sit around before class starts. Studio can accommodate 21 bikes.

What we took part: R1DE – SPIN by Elson Eligius. This was a 50-minute session with an Interesting Instructor and the class was suitable for Beginner. There was a little confusion (could be just us) as their ClassPass Page mentioned that we need to wear Footwear with Socks. But cycling shoes were provided that day.
Ambiance: Very youthful environment, cheerful and energetic front desk. Toilets and bathing areas were a little small. They have other Studio like HYBR1D and Program like REV1VE worth exploring.

What we took part:
- Coldplay x Imagine Dragons x Maroon 5 by William IImedo
- Bruno Mars x Maroon 5 by Ivan Ngo
- Jay Chou: 60 Mins by Ivan Ngo
The sessions were 50 minutes and the good about these sessions were the popular English and Mando-Pop Songs which got stuck in our heads during and after. Lessons are suitable for beginners. No dumbbell exercises here. Instructors were also helpful.
Ambiance: Cozy studio with lockers, waterpoint and friendly front desk. Two benches near the entrance where you will need to take note of footwears below else you will have participants coming near you to collect them after the lesson. Sitting near the doorway also means you need to help to close the door else the HOT AIR will rush in.

Revolution
![List Of Indoor Cycling Studios 3 ClassPass 006](https://images.eattravelshiok.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/11/07163417/ClassPass-006.jpg)
What we took part: Ride @ Tanjong Pagar by Jody. This was a 50-minute session similar to riding / jogging up a hill slope and Jody paid attention to (almost) every one like the bike setup before and during the session. Her Dumbbell Exercises had a few moves different from others.
Ambiance: Youthful and attentive environment especially for the Beginners. One and only studio was very big and can cater around 50+ people in a session. Ample lockers but number lock felt a bit filmsy. Small sitting area.
