Our Urban Smokeshack Review
The Urban Smokeshack is an eating outlet that sells Meats, Seafood, Sausages that are smoked for hours in-house and they are located in 3014 Bedok Industrial Park E, a new location just over 2 years ago.
We visited the Urban Smokeshack on two occasions. The first time was a Monday evening in June and we were there around 6pm. A lady was at the stall but she informed us that they were already closed for the day.
We tried again on a Tuesday evening, around the same time and like two months later and this time round, we were attended by a Uncle and there was another young guy inside doing the cooking. Luckily for us, they were still open but most of their items seemed to be sold out.
We made our orders and they stopped accepting new customers after us.
What We Ordered?

After a brief look at the many items on the Menu, we went with their Beef Shortplate ($18) under the Meats Section as well as the Pork Belly ($5) under the All Day Specials Section. We made our payment via PayNow. Serviced by uncle and his son.
Food Taste
— Beef Ribeye / Beef Shortplate / Pork Belly Platter

It took less than 10 minutes for our orders to be served and the Uncle presented our meats in a platter as shown above.
The Beef Shortplate was supposed to be a 180g serving but they had just enough for 100g so they replaced the remaining 80g with 100g of Beef Ribeye. The Uncle even apologized for it and mentioned that he should have informed us earlier when we made our order. To us, we thought that it was a kind gesture and it gave us another meat option to taste.
— Baby Tomatoes And Potatoes

The platter came with big servings of Baby juicy tomatoes and Baby potatoes. The tomatoes were really juicy (a mini explosion inside the mouth) though the potatoes were just okay. We would recommend to finish them first or get them separated to a small plate (provided) else they would roll onto the table (your call to still eat them or declare them KIA).
— Beef Shortplate

Initially we thought Beef Shortplate was just a fanciful name but turned out to a specific cut (forequarter cut from the belly of the cow, just below the rib cut) according to Wikipedia.
The Beef shortplate slices were placed in the middle of the platter. They were thin and could be easily torn apart. On first bite, we believed that they had gave this meat some special treatment. The texture around the meat was a bit tough and peppery and there was a good smoky, woody smell. The middle portion also tasted well-marinated.
— Beef Ribeye

The Beef Ribeye were those slices on the left of the platter and we liked that there was a shiny layer of fat looking at us. It had the original taste of beef and was rather chewy. We liked that the most of the fat were not greasy and melted easily inside our mouth. Some of the fat got stuck in between our teeth but we could take them out easily with our tongue skills. The texture around the meat also had the smoky and woody taste but not as strong as the Beef shortplate.
— Pork Belly

The Pork Belly slices were placed on the right side of the platter. The serving size was supposed to be approximately 60g as stated under their All Day Specials Section. The preparation of this meat looked rather similar to the Beef Ribeye. It had the original taste of the pork and the texture around it had the same smoky and woody taste.
— Sauce, Serving Size And Aftertaste
The sauce that came with the platter tasted like (mild) Spicy Paste Sauce and it gave a slightly different taste to the Beef Ribeye and Pork Belly.
Initially we were worried that the serving size could not satisfy our tummies but we were feeling full after finishing everything. We even liked that there was this smoky and meaty aftertaste.
